I recently KitchenAid Artisan 5-Quart Stand Mixer purchased for my house, and loved it. I use it on most of the production of homemade cookies from scratch, a hobby you love AA. Biscuit dough can be very difficult, it is extremely sticky or difficult to mix, hand mixers and I broke up over the years.

When I had the KitchenAid Artisan mixer, I've always been a problem with all the ingredients in the bowl for mixingwell, so I grabbed the manual, and realized that the company had built a racket KitchenAid adjustable mixer bowl just for this purpose. You can change the height of the bat in relation to the bowl. I'm not very experienced, so I called the hotline KitchenAid to help me adjust this properly, just to make sure I understand.

KitchenAid has a team of top bracket, and I have been through, I had to do.

The easiest way to find out that the club properly set the bowl away with a penny on the bottom of the tank KitchenAid Artisan. If the clubs are too close to the bowl, then in time added friction will wear the club soon.

To adjust the distance setting, simply move the paddle controlScrew 1 / 4 of a turn each time until the penny is moving the right amount. Once you set the club properly, you will be able to do any work with this mixer, how big or small a job you need.

Once the bats were at the correct height, set the dough biscuits mixed perfectly and I was able to make the joy to my heart.
