Today we have the Bosch Mixer has a powerful engine so that when the dough is too thick for the stickare used, it will literally break the racket instead of the engine to stop. Therefore, the improvement is so great because they are driven by the same powerful engine. With the dough hook and powerful engine, is a wonderful work in the bread dough, unlike any other mixer on the market

We do a wonderful taste of blueberry every year during the holidays. We had a very difficult time finding a grinder that would feed through blueberries. We are finally indesperate that we bought a hand grinder. One of our year-old nephew was here twelve days we tried the blueberries in hand to the ground. That did not work. We laughed and cried and cuddled and taken! In desperation, my husband asked: "What we have to be reduced?" Our grandchildren thought he had a good taste of Amish life. Finally, we learned that he had bought a Bosch mixer meat grinder attachment we do. Now we have to smile and say, "WhatWind! "We were not looking and no more. (By the way, the mill hand was not taken from the shelf.)

The mixer is also the most powerful blender we've ever used. We bought a Vita-Mix blender about 15 years ago, we had the most powerful blender on the market. While it is a good mixer, we almost never get it out because we are so happy with the Bosch mixer.

We have not personally bought the food processor on. If we are willing to invest in one, we would not consider anything else, why would the same engine as powerful as all other plants. If you decide to invest in Bosch mixers and attachments, can do what you are surprised and you will not regret buying.

The Bosch Mixer wonderful cakes, mashed potatoes, etc., but the best job of all is our kneading rye bread. We grind our wheat berries in Nutrimill then go directly to Boschmixing> the kneading bread. We love our home-made brown bread and wish you much success as well. Happy cooking!
